This option allows you to request authorization to go ahead with a repair, usually required if the repair is going to exceed the pre-authorized repair limit.
On this same screen you can view and search for any authorization requests that already exist. The search allows you to filter your lookup based on Client, Call Number and Request Status. Having filled in these fields click on the Search button.
To create a new authorization request, click on the Create New Request button.
You will then see the new authorization request form which you need to fill in to complete your request.
The form appears in a scrollable window, so you will need to scroll down to see all the form, below is the rest of the form.
Fill in all the required fields, in particular the labor that you are requesting as well as any parts that are
required to complete the repair. When you are finished click on the Submit Request button to finish creating the request.
