  1. Enter the email registered with HUB
  2. Select the box to confirm “I’m not a robot”
  3. Then click on the link “forgot password” to request a password reset
  4. You will receive an email with the link to reset your password
  5. Please click on the link in the email or copy and past the URL on the bottom into your browser
  6. Once you reach the reset password screen, please select a password that meets the required criteria
  7. You will see all green check marks if you have met the criteria then save your password
