The claim search option allows you to search for any claim(s) submitted in ServicePower.
You can search claims that have been submitted to any manufacturer using either one search field or using multiple fields to narrow your search.
Select the manufacturer from the drop-down list (leave this blank to search all manufacturer’s)
Fill in the available fields according to the search you want to perform, the more fields you fill in the narrower your search will be.
Click the Search button when you have finished filling in your fields. Your search results will be displayed in list form as below.
Click on the claim number in the list to view the individual claim details
Claims List
The claim list option is used to search for claims by status for all manufacturer’s.
Select the status of the claim from the drop-down list. You can also select a time frame for your search.
Claims will be displayed by claim status.
